I saw these two ducks. Wait... theres more. They were locked in fierce combat, pecking at the bands on each others necks. It was deadly. It was horrific. It was bloody hilarious.
And there was this group of other ducks around, about a half dozen male ones and a female one, obviously their whore or something. This duck outsider was trying to nuzzle in on a piece of the action.
Ducks are funny when they fight. They go from quacking, life or death frenzy to feigned disinterest in the blink of an eye. I've seen people do this as well, they think they can weasel out of fierce duck on duck violence by pretending they aren't interested, or concerned, or at all bothered. Cats of course are the masters of this. Avoidance is a tactic universal amongst mammals.
And you probably thought we couldn't learn anything from ducks, didn't you?
